The Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors invites members to submit resolutions for consideration to the AAFP Congress of Delegates.
All resolutions must be submitted to the WAFP office in the resolution format no later than July 1. Resolutions must be submitted by using the form below. If your resolution requires more than three "whereas" or "resolved" clauses, please email your resolution in resolution format to academy@wafp.org.
All resolution submissions will be vetted by the WAFP’s Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Congress of Delegates. The Delegates will make a recommendation to the WAFP Board of Directors who will make the final determination as to whether to submit the resolution to the Congress of Delegates on behalf of the WAFP.
Before submitting your resolution, review these tips for writing an effective resolution. Resolutions that are not properly prepared will not be accepted.
