  • PCMH Quick Start Web Conference Series

    The online web conference series will cover first steps, the basics of the PCMH, including disease registries, electronic health records, care coordination and the business model of PCMH. These one-hour sessions will be presented by family physicians with real world examples. They will each run from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. and will include time for open discussion among participants. Register for four or more of these sessions with this form.

    This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 7.00 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

  • 2010 Wisconsin Primary Care Research and Quality Improvement Forum
    September 16-17, 2010

Ongoing CME Offerings


  • Colorectal Cancer Screening Practice Improvement Program Plan
    This program plan, developed by The New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians in collaboration with the American Cancer Society, is an e-learning quality improvement/performance improvement program. Learn more.

    This activity has been approved by the American Board of Family Medicine as an external provider of Part IV Maintenance of Certification for Family Physicians credit. Term of approval is for two years from February 1, 2010, with the option for yearly renewal. It is also accredited as a Performance in Practice module by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Participants receive 20 prescribed CME credits from the AAFP and credit for completing the MOC from the ABFM. There is no charge for completing the PIP, although there are ABFM fees for MOC within their program.
