Legislative Committee

Reviews and recommends policy on all national, state and local legislation affecting the practice of medicine, scope of practice, access and medical liability.

Value-Based Medical Home Committee (formerly the PCMH Committee)

Addresses practice transformation and payment reform at practice, payor, and public policy levels.

Primary Care Workforce Workgroup

Addresses the outcomes of the 11/29/12 Primary Care Workforce Summit and implementation of the Primary Care Workforce whitepaper.

Student & Resident Committee

Interact with Residency Programs from a member value standpoint. Work with students to connect mentors and advocate interest in Family Medicine & FMIG activities.

Membership Committee

Maintain a member benefits program and coordinate communication with members. Oversight of all communications, surveys, marketing plans, and member programs.

Member Value Development Workgroup

Address strategic initiative to identify value of membership and implement strategies to enhance value on the part of members and member employers
