2025 National Conference (now FUTURE) Scholarship Application

The WAFP-Foundation is pleased to open applications for scholarships to attend National Conference (now FUTURE) to Wisconsin medical students interested in family medicine. The Foundation is offering a limited number of scholarships to students from each of Wisconsin's medical schools.

You must be a member of AAFP/WAFP to qualify for scholarships, so please make sure you are a member.

Reminder: In order to accept, you must attend the entire FUTURE Conference.
