2025 WAFP & MCW Winter Refresher Course

Attend March 6 & 7, 2025

Attend the 55th Annual Winter Refresher Course on March 6-7, 2025, hosted by the WAFP and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Physicians from all over the state will attend for educational presentations and networking opportunities.

Who doesn’t love a conference in Cream City? While looking for the perfect WRC venue, we needed a place that embodies Wisconsin culture. That’s why we are thrilled to announce it will be held at The Trade Hotel in Milwaukee's vibrant Deer District right in the middle of the Bucks season. The Trade Hotel is inspired by the city’s pioneering past and modern hardworking spirit. It is located adjacent to Fiserv Forum, placing you in the hub of sports, culture, and entertainment. Enjoy a curated collection of restaurants and bars, destination rooftop dining, locally-sourced fare, craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails. Room Block

The Trade Hotel is offering a discounted room block rate of $199 to all attendees. Reservations must be received on or before February 11, 2025. The room block rate is good through Friday night for those withing to spend the night downtown to take advantage of all that the Trade and city of Milwaukee has to offer.

CME Credit

The AAFP has reviewed 2025 WAFP & MCW Winter Refresher Course, and deemed it acceptable for AAFP credit. Term of approval is from 03/06/2025 to 03/07/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This session the Winter Refresher Course is approved for 13 live AAFP Prescribed credits.

This session, the Diabetes KSA is approved for 8 live AAFP Prescribed credits.
